The video uses the same exact formula from the original, but this time, the video shows a GIF of a Nyan Ca, where we see a cat with half of his body is a Pop-Tart(or maybe he is wearing them), who is seen flying through space, along with sparkles around it, followed by the theme song of the original, the video will go on a loop, which repeats the word "Nyan Nyan" over and over, the video duration is 2:50 seconds, but if we nearly skip half of it, at which points a picture of [[Regan MacNeil]] appears along with the same scream from [[The Maze]].
The video begins with a GIF of Nyan Cat playing accompanied by its theme song. After 2 minutes and 40 seconds, a picture of [[Regan MacNeil]] appears along with the scream from [[The Maze]]. After the screamer, pig sounds can be heard, and text appears stating "Secert [sic] Sound!". It should be noted that "Secret" was misspelled as "Secert".


There is a lot of variation of this video, where the face is replaced with Justin Bieber, and the third version of this [[screamer]] called "Secret Message In Nyan Cat Video", the video immediately tells the player to find the hidden message, in the end, [[Jeff the Killer]] with an outstretched, toothy grin appears.
There exists an official alternate version, named "Scary Pop Up Nyan Cat The Aftermath" where an image of [[Regan MacNeil]] is singing Baka Mitai from the Yakuza sound track instead of a scream. There also other versions of the screamer where they include 10 minutes of another Nyan Cat character with another screamer.

Scary Pop Up Nyan Cat, known as Scary Nyan Cat is a Thai screamer video made by user JamesEmirzianForEpic.

The video begins with a GIF of Nyan Cat playing accompanied by its theme song. After 2 minutes and 40 seconds, a picture of Regan MacNeil appears along with the scream from The Maze.
