Scary Pop Up Nyan Cat, known as Scary Nyan Cat is a Thai screamer video made by user JamesEmirzianForEpic.

The video begins with a GIF of Nyan Cat playing accompanied by its theme song. After 2 minutes and 40 seconds, a picture of Regan MacNeil appears along with the scream from The Maze. After the screamer, pig sounds can be heard, and text appears stating "Secert [sic] Sound!". It should be noted that "Secret" was misspelled as "Secert".

There exists an official alternate version, named "Scary Pop Up Nyan Cat The Aftermath" where an image of Regan MacNeil is singing Baka Mitai from the Yakuza sound track instead of a scream. There also other versions of the screamer where they include 10 minutes of another Nyan Cat character with another screamer.
