X-rider.com is a screamer webpage created and hosted by Choi Hyun-Sik, the website is still active.
When accessing the site, the user will be greeted by a clip from a South Korean movie called Epitaph, showing a dead smiling woman, , with her face covered in blood and her eyes all black. There are no screams actually, is just a loud sound effect from the movie. which loops again over and over, causing it to be annoying, after a few seconds, the site redirects the user to Chris Choi's YouTube Channel, the flash is required to show the screamer.
The domain name was first registered in 1999, but went offline in 2005. Then in 2010, the domain was registered again by someone else and the screamer was created. In June of 2015, the website went offline for the second time. In early 2017, the website went back online.
