'''pikachu.exe''' also known as "pica.exe" or "Scary Pikachu" or formerly known as "ghost.exe" is a [[screamer]] program made by Junya Uchino on around 2000, which has been hosted on many sites. and later rehosted to haha168 around 2002 (the same site that hosted [[Monster.exe]])

'''Crazy Ghost''' (Japanese: クレイジーゴースト, ''kurejī gōsuto''), also known as '''Red-Eyed Woman''' (Japanese: 赤目女, ''akame onna'') is an image of a pale-faced, red-eyed woman that is used in many screamers. In China, the image is known as 一只可愛的女鬼寵物 (Pinyin: ''Yī zhī kě'ài de nǚ guǐ chǒngwù'', “cute female ghost pet”).

When open, an image of a Pokemon adventure island map shows up with the music playing in the background, along with a random Pokemon that flashes, when clicked on a random Pokemon. a voice of Pikachu saying "Pikachu!" plays. after that, the lights start to flash after that. the lights go off but then, an animated GIF of a blue-tinted ghost, known as "Hong Kong Grandmother Ghost" (which is a Korean myth.) pops up and the flash projector goes on fullscreen with a strange quiet noise that loops on forever. there are no sounds in the screamer, however, the gif may startle the user. the screamer will go on forever until the user closes out by hitting the escape key (ESC) to exit out the full screen and click on close. or use the ALT-F4 to exit out, or Task Manager.

Crazy Ghost appeared on myhome.hananet.net as early as January 2002. Upon opening the page, the website would open a pop-up window with the image. It displayed the following text on the main page:

=== China ===
In October 2002, the image was published to two subpages of a private website belonging to a Chinese university student blog host, vip.6to23.com. Upon accessing the gui.htm page, the website immediately enters fullscreen mode, and open mm.htm as a popup. Upon opening, a dialog box that read 音量调到最大了吗?? ("Is the volume turned all the way up?") appeared.

After clicking the OK button, the page displayed the Crazy Ghost image, and played g.wav, an audio file consisting of a female scream. The page opened another dialog box when the user attempted to leave the page, which read 哟,怎么你的胆量还可以啊 ("Well, you've got a lot of nerve"). Unlike mm.htm, gui.htm had no image or sound file in its source code, and was likely designed to to redirect the user to mm.htm.<ref>thetuburo.com/2021/12/28/crazy-ghost-gazou</ref>
