Suicide Mario was a flash game by BottleCapClock, later apparently modified by an unknown person to include a screamer. The original game featured Mario inside of a ship with a singular Question mark block. If the player were to jump on it, Marios head would explode and the room would fill with blood before showing the credits.

In 2011 the supposed version appeared on the internet and as of now, the swf. of that version is lost. The screamer is very simple, when Mario jumps on the block, the image of Regan MacNeil suddenly pops up with its scream to go by, before resuming as normal. The only evidence of this versions existance is from a Youtube video by Creepy Easter.
