The video consists of a zoo area showing a gibbon family (A male gibbon, a female one and a male child) next to a sleeping orangutan, the male gibbon inserts his finger inside the orangutan’s anus and tastes it.
All while during this, the song, "Helper's Rest" from Kirby Superstar Ultra plays throughout the whole video.

The video was posted by a reddit user, u/New-Cartographer-605 on r/thugsaucestheprequel where it received 50 upvotes as of this date.
It was then reposted on the subreddit’s official discord server aswell by a different user under the caption, "Gibbon’s picking through orangutan’s ass".
As of now, the original source of the video hasn’t been found yet.
