Toy Story Secrets is a screamer video uploaded by a YouTube user named nuralider on October 1st, 2006. As of 2017, the video has almost 4.5 million views, being one of the most viewed screamer videos on YouTube.

After 13 seconds of the video, a scary clown mask suddenly appears with the same scream sound effect from Say It. as the video was began to reached accumulated over 4,435,154 views, it also disabled the comments as well.
