Toy Story Secrets is a popular screamer video uploaded on October 1, 2006, by a user named nuralider, it's quite similar to Zelda subliminal Message.
The video displays text with the title name. After a few seconds, the slide show starts with random snapshots of Pixar's 1995 computer-animated film Toy Story and its sequel, while You've Got a Friend In Me by Randy Newman plays in the background. The secret has nothing to do with the video, At 13 seconds, a skull with red hair, a wide mouth, sharp teeth, and an open tongue appears along with a loud scream.
A reaction video was uploaded on August 23, 2008, by user Ricki Leanne. It shows him using the screamer to prank his mother, father, and brother Richard (sister Lindsay is left out as he's already shown the screamer to her). Typical screamer reaction video, but with a screamer at the end. After the final text appears, the same skull from the original video appears with the same scream (but with high and distorted quality), it ends with text that mocks the viewer for being scared.
