It begins with a montage of the reactions that will be seen, followed by a young boy revealing his top ten favorite reactions. Except for reaction number 9, which depicts an elderly lady, although it is mainly a video of children's reactions.  


Like the title says, this video contains somebody's top 10 favorite reactions of the infamous [[The Maze|Scary Maze]] game. It starts with a montage of the reactions that are about to be shown, with a little boy announcing his top 10 favorite reactions. It is mostly a video that contains reactions from children except reaction number 9, which shows an elderly woman. When the video is about to end, a screen with the text "''Now the reaction we have been waiting three minutes for''" appears, so that the viewer will think he/she will get to see the best reaction of all. However, immediately after that, the screamer of [[Regan MacNeil]] from the same game appears while the video ends with "''YOURS''", meaning that the viewer's reaction is the best reaction of all.  
When the video is about to end, a blank screen with the text "''Now the reaction we have been waiting three minutes for''" appears, leading the viewer to believe that they will see the best reaction of all.
