Tic Tac Toe Scary Edition is a Flash screamer game uploaded to Newgrounds by games7510 on February 2, 2017.
The main concept of the game is to play a Tic-Tac Toe game against the player's device and beat the game. It allows the player to choose from "Easy" or "Hard".
