The whole truth about VKontakte
The whole truth about VKontakte (Russian: Вся правда о сайте vkontakte) is a Russian screamer video that has been circulating since at least 2012. The earliest upload dates back to May 17, 2012 by Тимур Саркесьян.
The video starts out by showing footage depicting a Russian man speaking to the camera in his native language, At the 27 second mark of the video, the man suddenly jumps at the screen screaming with his head turning blue a la Swearing Baby. Then, he finishes his statement.

"Hello to everyone on the Vkontact site, hello. In fact, a lot of videos are related to this site, and this video is no exception. I have a lot of thoughts, and I would like to just convey them. In fact, I don’t even know what, how this is...”, then a jump scare appears and the guy says: “Thanks for watching!”[1]
