The Cutest Kids in Costumes (a.k.a. Kutest Kids in Kostumes on the title screen) is a Liquid Generation Sabotage screamer. Like the name implies, it consists mostly of a slideshow of little children dressed up in costumes. It is thus very similar to another Sabotage prank called Cutest Puppies on the Web, which also uses an adorable slideshow as a setup for the screamer. The screamer was taken down along with the entire Liquid Generation website.

The slideshow will begin after the user clicks 'Play', and automatically browse through the pictures, so there is no need to click to get to the next slide. After the 13^th image, an edited picture of a man with sharp teeth, four eyes and black knuckles, who is doing a thumbs up gesture, will suddenly pop up and zoom in with a loud, high-pitched scream, and then briefly blink with all four eyes.

Trivia

While most of the pictures in the slideshow are lighthearted and feature kids dressing up as animals, fictional characters or food items, the 13^th picture, which appears right before the screamer, actually seems to show a child dressing up as Ali Shallal al-Qaisi, an Iraqi prisoner who had infamously been tortured at Abu Ghraib prison during the 2003 Iraq war.
