Stare at the dot on his nose is a screamer video created and edited by a user Jacob laggard, uploaded onto YouTube in March 2nd, 2018, it was an edited version of the original video which is stated without the "on his nose" part.
The video starts with a footage of a man talking about the optical illusions like the title implies, where it tells the player to look at his nose, but there is nothing until after he put some greenscreen on his nose, now we see a picture of Thomas the train's face alongside mentioning a text informing the user to concentrate on the dot, However, shortly after the guy says "Don't worry, there will be no screams or scary sounds", a close-up picture of a dog which gradually adjust temperature colors within 5 seconds, accompanied by a loud scream.
