The video is designed to trick viewers into staring at a point on the screen for a short period. After the text disappears, a black dot appears on a white background. Approximately 11 seconds into the video, the dot begins to pixelate and zoom. Once the dot fades, a startling image of [[Regan MacNeil]] from [[wikipedia:The Exorcist|''The Exorcist'']] suddenly appears, accompanied by the same scream heard in [[The Maze]]. The video has since been set to private due to numerous reports of its content.


The title already tells the viewer to stare at the dot for a couple of minutes, and something will happen, the video starts up by showing an introduction with a text stating "stare at the dot", then displays a picture of a black dot placed in the center along with a white background, followed by complete silence, after 11 seconds of the video, the dot starts to pixelate, slowly zooming in, but at 0:17, a picture of [[Regan MacNeil]] pops up with the same scream from [[The Maze]].
