At the start of the video, a picture of Squidward from the SpongeBob episode "Squilliam Returns" appears while the song "Gentle Breeze" from Trauma Center 2 plays, making the viewer expect the Squidward meme. However, at 0:03, an image of a creepy smiling cat suddenly appears with the 1998 Danny Elfman meme version of ''The Murder'' from ''[[wikipedia:Psycho (1960 film)|Psycho]]'''s ending part.


There is another sequel to this [[screamer]] called "Squidward is scared AGAIN!", it starts with a picture of Squidward's face from "Just One Bite" along with "Gentle Breeze" from Trauma Center 2 plays for a brief moment. Then, the screen removes most of Squidward's face, leaving only his eyes with the main theme of Alfred Hitchcock's 'Psycho' playing; there is no scream, only violin screeching noises.
