South Park Best of Cousin Elvin is a South Park compilation video uploaded to YouTube by user A.C. Analysis on August 17, 2022. The video contained a screamer at the end.
The video itself is just a compilation of the South Park character, Elvin Cartman’s best moments in the show (Judging by the title of the video). Near the end of the video, Elvin is crying because he ran out of Fudgsicles. Eric tries to make him stop crying, So Eric whacks Elvin in the head with a stick. Suddenly, the video would cut to a tall, pale, bald, white humanoid creature with yellow eyes, a bloody mouth and teeth, and its mouth wider than normal. There is no scream, however, a TV Alert SFX sound effect plays for the last seconds of the video.
