The video starts with a man, on a living room, with a song of [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qV0LHCHf-pE Harlem Shake] by Baauer plays in the background, however, as soon as he said the lyrics: "And do the Harlem Shake", the final part of Auto from the [[K-fee commercials]], where the zombie appears from the view and screams at the camera, followed by a text appearing: "Now...Go Change Your Shorts And Get Back To Work!".
The screamer is basically one guy dancing quietly and normal, waiting the song's drop. When the song says "And do the harlem shake" the zombie from K-fee commercial appears with a loud scream. The beginning of the video has low sound, the creator did this probably to make you turn on the volume.

Since Harlem Shake is a viral, everyone would recognize it and stop whatever they are doing to watch this. And since it's a viral, it's easy to fool some people. So becareful with some videos, not everything is safe!
In 2018, the channel that uploaded this screamer was terminated for "multiple or severe violations of YouTube's policy against spam, deceptive practices, and misleading content or other Terms of Service violations."
