The video in itself is basically just the [[K-fee commercials|K-fee car commercial]]; with the car driving down the hillside and with the soothing music playing. However, after 7 seconds, a man in a red shirt with black sleeves and wearing a cap (the creator of this video), appears via a green screen facing away from the viewer repeatedly saying "Hey grandma!" and also tells the viewer that "Grandma's here!" (presumably talking about the person driving the car).
The video starts out with the [[K-fee commercials|K-fee]] auto commercial where Chris Smith appears on the screen and shouts "Hey Grandma" twice. Shortly after, the zombie freaks him out with a loud scream. After this, a quiet laughing sound plays and text saying "Now that you have to use the Restroom" appears, and then changes to "Now is a Good time".
 
Of course, considering this is the K-fee car commercial, it would be natural for the zombie to appear, and the aforementioned does expectedly occur at the very end, with the zombie appearing and scaring the man with a loud scream. The video then ends with text reading "Now that you have to use the Restroom, Now is a Good time".
