Scary Family Picture is an unnamed screamer GIF (commonly known as simply Family Picture).

In the picture, there are four individuals - three girls and an adult woman. The image remains unchanged for a few seconds until it zooms in on the youngest girl at the bottom. Her face transforms into a monstrous one with red eyes and sharp teeth. Since it is a GIF image, no scream is heard.
