Scary Face with Scream is an immediate screamer video released by hihihihws on February 15, 2012.

The video title and the thumbnail already let the viewers know that there is a screamer in the video. When clicked, a picture of Regan MacNeil appears along with the same scream from The Maze - the audio is 2x louder than the original, so caution should be exercised before visiting the video, given how loud the scream already is by itself. It can be used as a prank by sending the link to an unsuspecting victim. Perhaps because of its honesty, the video has amassed 3.4 Million views by late 2020 as well as a 76% like-to-dislike ratio.

There is a video similar to this, called "Scary Maze Game Face and Sound (1)" by TrollGangsta1 on February 19th, 2013. the video is Not much can be said about the 7-second long video as it is simply about the 3rd level from The Maze. By the time that the blue square inches closer to the end, Regan MacNeil appears and loudly screams at the viewer twice. Clearly, the video's purpose is for people to look up the scream sound effect or the jump scare itself for downloading purposes such as including it within their own screamer videos.

There is another video related and similar to this screamer, called "Girl Screaming In Horror!", but this time, the face didn't immediately shows up, it starts with some introduction, that appears to be edited with WMM, which is of very low quality even by 2010 standards, in which the channel's name is shown, when the intro ends, the screen cuts into a close-up image of Regan MacNeil, with a loud, deranged, female scream.
