At the seventh level, a sword that rotates and at the last level, a rainbow bar going up and down. When you beat the last level, either a [[screamer]] pops up or you get a white screen.
As players progress through the game, they will encounter various levels, each with its unique gameplay mechanics. For example, in Level 7, a sword spins around, adding an extra layer of challenge to the game, while in Level 9, a rainbow bar moves vertically, requiring players to adapt their strategies.


The [[screamers]] are from [[Maze Game 4]] and the scream is replaced with the same scream from [[Scary Tic-Tac-Toe]].
However, the game also includes several jump scares that may startle the player upon the completion of certain levels. These screamers include a zombie, a woman with a torn face, a red man's face in darkness, and a photoshopped hand with a screaming mouth, all of which reappear from [[Maze Game 4]]. Scariest Maze Game 2, created in 2011 by Joshua Mustill, is a screamer flash game that serves as a sequel to another game titled Maze Game 4.
