Resident Evil 4 TV Commercial is a french commercial and it's has contained a screamer.
The ad cuts into a naked women during baby feeding breast in bedroom with the narrator says: "Remember where you are, feel the most secure. Most comfortably, most liked. this place will never exist again" after a scene of an baby. but suddenly, the woman's face fades into black from background. but also, the zombie's face pops up with the high pitched scream. the montage gameplay videos showing the Capcom logo appears, after going this, a zombie's face pops up again and now ends.
