The same face shows up a little bit later in the video but as a decoration. At the very end the face shows up with the same scream.

Reagans Season of Fright Celebration - Episode 1 is a screamer made by reaganzilla, a toy channel. The video starts with a warning that states the video has frightening images throughout, which may not be suitable for younger viewers.

It starts with the titular Reagan going to a Halloween store by car. Once they walk into the store, they see a huge inflatable cat.
