Pizza Tower Title Screen Easter Egg is an easter egg screamer that appears in the game Pizza Tower.
After the intro cutscene, the player is greeted with the character Peppino Spaghetti standing in the dark looking at the viewer with three purple TVs around him. If the player makes an input, the lights will turn on and take the player to the save select screen. However, if the player stays idle on the screen and does not press anything for what seems to be for 40 seconds or more, Peppino suddenly lunges at the player accompanied by a loud scream. After the screamer, the game closes.
