The file name is bait-and-switch as it fools people into thinking it's a still JPG image and not a GIF. The image shows a grainy, black-and-white capture of a woman laughing in a dark room. A red circle is drawn around an orb of light that's right next to her head. About 4 seconds in, we then suddenly zoom in on her face as it becomes eyeless and a bit deformed. With this being a GIF image, there is no scream.

The [[screamer]] itself disguises as a picture of a woman laughing and a red circle, in which the player has to focus on, to see the ghost, the picture persist for 4 seconds until the woman on the pic become eyeless and immediately approaches on the screen, since it's a GIF, regarding that there will be no sound playing, the first mirror came out in the same year which is labeled "assustadores-28.gif", the original shuts down, the mirror is still up.

OMFG.jpg was a screamer GIF image created sometime in 2012 and was originally hosted on the now-defunct website Akk.li. The file name is bait-and-switch as it fools people into thinking it's a still JPG image and not a GIF. Ever since its creation (much like with other obscure screamers), it has been re-uploaded several times and copies of it can be found on various websites.
