“My First Screamer (READ DESC)” is a screamer video made by YouTube user SuperMarioJustin4 (who not only is he on this wiki, but he also loves this post). This video is a re-construction of the first screamer that he had ever seen back when he was a child. It already begins with a warning:

As well as copyright notices. The actual video is just part of a Tom and Jerry episode. At 1:05, right after Spike slams two trash can lids on the sides of Tom's head, the video suddenly blacks out, and a few seconds later Regan MacNeil pops up with a long female scream.
Video description
The video was a clip from the 1944 Tom and Jerry cartoon “The Bodyguard”, where Tom catches Jerry, laughs maniacally, and says “In me power!”. A white female cat then comes along, and Tom wolf-whistles. Once he does this, Spike, the main antagonist of this short, grabs 2 trash can lids and squishes Tom’s head like a pancake. He then slowly falls to the ground. Right after this, a black screen was shown. Then, described by SuperMarioJustin4 in the description, a bloody girl pops up with a scream. He thinks it was Regan MacNeil with the Deranged Woman Scream sound effect.
