The video begins with a picture of a empty room inside the house as the image persists for 34 seconds while ambient music plays in the background, though the music playing in the background stops playing after 23 seconds, and the video stays silent for the remainder of the video as a result. However, after 34 seconds, an image of Kayako Saeki from The Grudge with her hand reaching for the camera pops up accompanied with the extended version of the scream sound effect from Backwards Music.
