In this video, it tells us the viewer which has text written on it reads: "look at this sign and tell me what it looks like" the picture of McDonalds sign which shapes like a penis. Despite it's a initial claim of having an advert which the Coca-Cola poster features a woman giving a blowjob which is designed as a picture, but not joking anyways. along text has written on it saying: "Last of all look at this japanese commercial and try to spot whats wrong"
After last for a while, the video shows the McDonalds Japanese commercial along followed with satanic messages from this commercial, until after reaches at 50 seconds mark, it proceeds to show a fast slideshow of well-known screamer faces like, What's Wrong?, The enemy ghost from Fatal Frame which is the same screamer used from Kikia, Amy Peterson from Fright Night, James Root from the band Slipknot and Ahenobarbus Henocied along accompanied with the extremely loud scream. after the video ends which is the black background with a red text stating: "Did you see Ronald's subtle hidden message?, Just wait till you see what the Burger King has in stock for you"
