Look at the spiral for 20 seconds is a screamer video uploaded in August 14, 2012 by BlueRoseHilbert, this is his a part of his spiral videos which most of them haven't since been undocumented to this wiki yet.
The video forces the viewer to stare at the spiral for about 20 seconds, the description also asks them to adjust the volume for suprise, After all the 20 seconds runs out, and of course, an eyeless person with wide mouth appears with a scream from K-fee commercials, before delivering its fatal text: "Scared???", not to mention that the image is a screenshot to Dane Boe's video.
