Look at the spiral for 10 seconds is a screamer video uploaded in 2012 by FourSwordsRuby235. The video is pretty self-explanatory, until the 10th second, where Pennywise the clown pops up with a bloodcurdling scream, followed by the words "Ha ha! LOL!!"
