Lemon Party

A bait and switch to trick somebody into thinking that Lemonparty is the republican Tea Party movement's website.

Lemon Party is a shock site, it was created in October 3rd, 2002 and currently hosted by heyya.org. The site contains an image of two elderly men on a bed kissing each other, with another sucking on the penis of the one lying on the bed.

History

According to DomainTools, lemonparty.org was registered on October 3rd, 2002. Originally the entire site consisted of the pornographic image set to the 1963 doo-wop song “If You Wanna Be Happy” by Jimmy Soul. However, as November 21st, 2002, the site was updated with a hyperlink to a picture of a cat along with a text saying: omfg crazy! Click here to wash your eyeballs!. After a few years, the song was removed, leaving just the image.

By the 2010's, edited versions of this image, including a picture of a man squirting blue paint from his anus, now appear on the site. The site also nowadays has a lot of porn ads, redirects and links, though still containing the iconic image.

Trivia

• This shock site is quite similar to Sourmath.com or known as My Lazy Sundays.
• The word: "lemon" is slang for "old man", so lemon party is a party of old men.
