The video first shows some texts stating that the boy drowned in the mysterious lake and bears the name of the lake, However, the boy was later alive and was captured and the viewer is told to find the boy in the following picture.  
The video opens with text revealing that a boy drowned in a lake with the same name and challenges the viewer to locate him in a picture. A "clue" is offered by circling something in the lake that supposedly represents the boy. However, the video ends with a screamer of [[Regan MacNeil]] and a sinister laugh, along with the message "Did you see it?".


However, if the player can't find it easily, it gives a "clue" by highlighting out something in the lake (indicating that it is the boy who drowned in the lake) while prompting the viewer to take another closer look at it, However, a picture of [[Regan MacNeil[[ appears with a loud scream, before delivering its final text: "Have you seen it?", ending the video.

Lake screamer is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by micamicahi on December 22, 2007.
