The full video begins with a naked man with two jars on the ground. He then picks one up and shoves the other one away, before putting the one he chose back on the ground (most versions of the video cut out the beginning portion). The man then proceeds to insert it in his anus by sitting on it and forcing it up. The jar then breaks inside his rectum, after which blood pours from his anus. Without flinching or making a sound, he calmly picks pieces of broken glass from his rectum, while a pool of blood gathers on the floor.

"Jarsquatter" was not the only thing alexey made, there is a actually an album by alex himself,in the album he is called "alex13031969" and his description is "i'm not gay! just it funny" and the album contains extremely gross stuff and things similar to jarsquatter and [https://screamer.wiki/1_Guy_1_Screwdriver 1 man 1 screwdiver] but with different objects.When the album was created people thought it was not by alexey tatarov (which was a wrong theory) because one day an archived image appears on [[wikipedia:Imgur|imgur]], the image was from the album which shows a cropped image (which to this day nobody knows what the image really was) and the cropped image had the cable from the ground (which appears on jarsquatter) and it also showed the edge of a cabinet which looks exatcly like the one in jarsquatter
