If Your [sic] Happy and You Know It…Clap Your Hands is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube made by CSongsForKidz in December 31, 2008.
The video shows a normal "If You're Happy And You Know It Clap Your Hands" video with dancing kids. However, at 0:59, a picture of Bloody Mary with no eyes pops up with an extremely loud, shrieking woman scream. The screamer is still loud at low volume. [1]
In fact, it's still audible at 1% volume.
Keep in mind that the video starts out pretty quiet, and gets quieter as the video progresses, possibly to make viewers want to turn up the volume more.
The "Stats For Nerds" says "Volume / Normalized 100% / 100%," which explains why the screamer at the end is insanely loud.
