How to relax your eyes is a screamer video made in December 21, 2008 by VideosOfHeaven, the same person that create another video called Nature In The Netherlands.
The video prompts the viewer to stare at the dot and "Think about their greatest wish.", which then fades in to the dot with a line of texts appears in sequence: "Think that dot is your everything", "That dot is your wish", "Stare at it and thin about your greatest wish", at 40 seconds, the dot started to fade out, at which point a picture of Amy Peterson from Fright Night appears along with the same scream from Zoeken.
