This video starts with text telling the viewer to "''Think about your greatest wish.''" (there's also subtitles of the same words but in Dutch) It then shows a white screen with unreadable text, then it shows a black dot with text popping up saying "''Think that dot is your everything''" "''That dot is your wish''" "Stare at it and think about your greatest wish". After 20 seconds pass of staring at the dot, it shows some other text saying "''Look around in your room and stare again.''" After about 20 seconds pass the dot randomly fades away and a zoom in and out picture of [[Amy Peterson]] from ''[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fright_Night Fright Night]'' pops up with a loud roar.

How to relax your eyes is a screamer video made by VideosOfHeaven, the same person that create another video called Nature In The Netherlands. It was uploaded to YouTube on December 21, 2008.

The video prompts the viewer to stare at the dot and "Think about their greatest wish", which then fades in to the dot with a line of texts appears in sequence: "Think that dot is your everything", "That dot is your wish", "Stare at it and thin about your greatest wish", at 40 seconds, the dot started to fade out, at which point it cuts to Amy Peterson with the same scream from Steady Hand.
