A particular Fire Kills PSA from the UK, circa 2008, contained a screamer.
The PSA
The ad is shot home video style. It depicts a sleeping man with a cigar in-between his fingers. He's on a couch and was watching television. The camera focuses on the cigar, which has part of it sagging, threatening to fall off. Just as it does, the video cuts to a flaming skull zooming into the screen, over the same scream of The Maze, before fading to the final message.
