The video is a variation of the popular "Follow the Red Dot" game, but with a more sparsely designed maze. What distinguishes this video from others in the same genre is the sudden appearance of a screamer in the middle of the gameplay. At approximately 27 seconds into the video, a strange creature with a thundercloud backdrop abruptly crashes into the screen, emitting a piercing scream before the game returns to the maze. The red dot continues to move for a few more seconds before coming to a stop.
There is also an alternative version of the video available in German, in which the walls of the maze are blue and the screamer is a woman with an unusual appearance .
