Eso el payaso 1 is a Spanish screamer video uploaded by mrleyva on 14th April 2007.
The video's title translates to "that clown" which is referred to Pennywise (who also appears in the video).
The video itself is incredibly short with only 11 seconds of playtime. It starts off with the picture of a dog, who is apparently possesed or very old (despite being scary looking, it's not the screamer). At 0:05, the Pennywise clown appears as the screamer, with supposedly 2 guys screaming in the background. But at the very end, at 0:10, a baby with a funny face and voice appears.
As of 7th October 2018, the video has over 5 million views.
