El mejor SCREAMER de YouTube (Spanish for THE best SCREAMER on YouTube) is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by Maignofe on December 21st, 2014. Despite it being the youtuber's first video, it has garnered over 610,000 views as of November 17th, 2020.
The video is very similar to SCP-450 with some minor changes. The video starts with a logo that reads "MANUKEEPER." After 2 seconds, a dark-black hallway with a static effect is shown with the Jaws theme playing in the background.
After 17 seconds, a picture of an ugly man with terrible dentures is presented with Reggae-style music playing at the same time. This doesn't last long as right afterwards, an array of screamer faces such as Regan MacNeil from SCP-450 pops up along with a loud scream. This goes on for 10 seconds until the video ends on a black screen.
