Despite the video title itself being Doom II: Hell on Earth, The video is a gameplay recording of the final episode "Thy Flesh Consumed" from The Ultimate Doom, an updated version of the 1993 first-person shooter game DOOM.
Doomguy, the game's main protagonist from the said game's franchise, begins a seventh level (E4M7: And Hell Followed) and goes around killing basic hell soldiers and imps, teleporting back to spawn after killing 8 of them.
