The project starts off a cat, along with a click counter. Once 10 clicks have reached, an image of Jeff the Killer will pop out accompanied with a loud sound. If 25 clicks have been reached, the same face from What's Wrong With This Picture? will pop out along with the same sound from before. If 50 clicks have been reached, Regan MacNeil from The Exorcist will pop out along with the same sound and the same scream from The Maze. If 100 clicks have been reached, the previous screamers will pop out along with the same sounds, the project stops afterwards.
