Afterwards, the video then instructs the viewer to listen closer to the song, before the same excerpt is played in reverse. Following this, the reversed audio is then repeated a couple more times, with each repeat of the song being slower than the last. Suddenly, at the 0:28 second mark, a negative image of a skull flashes on screen, slowly zooming in while an ear-piercing scream plays. The video then cuts to a message saying: "Hmm... strange. Britney Spears Hidden Message was a screamer video uploaded on November 5, 2006 by VenerableDread, the same uploader of the Saddam Hussein Execution prank.
