Mystery Room is a screamer GIF, the oldest known copy is hosted on TeKZoned. The concept of this is very similar to What's Wrong, it is also called Ghost Photography on Winterrowd.com
The screamer asks the player to find an error located on the picture showing a messy room, it makes the player focus on the computer screen, however, there is nothing, this persist in 30 seconds, until the kuntilanak shows up on the door, and runs offscreen very quickly, although she can still be seen clearly, the animation repeats afterward.
