As the title suggests, the video disguises itself as a relaxing video, by starting out with a text-to-speech voice whose speaking "Now it's time for relaxation", then proceeds to show an image of a sunset, slowly decreasing the Image noise along with relaxing music, however, right after the image is normal, an edited contrasted picture of BND logo with empty eye sockets, appears and immediately approaches the viewer, along with a loud scream, before showing a picture of ButterCup from Powerpuff Girls, accompanied by laughing sound.
The video aims to provide stress relief and begins with a message vocalized in a text-to-speech voice saying, "Now it's time for relaxation". It then shows a peaceful sunset accompanied by calming background music. However, the same screamer from [[ВИD in Hell]] zooms in along with Slenderman's scream. The video concludes with a clip of Buttercup laughing from [[wikipedia:The Powerpuff Girls|''The Powerpuff Girls'']].
