It starts off with The Scream painting by Edvard Munch's, hence the name of the video being Munch in Japanese, distorting. Then it cuts to a squashed down image of the painting. But, at 0:05 the painting turns squiggly for a split second. Then the face from What's Wrong With This Picture? pops up while distorting, zooming in and out, shaking, and flashing along with a loud scream. then it cuts to an Enemy Ghost from Fatal Frame most noticeably used in Kikia distorting, flashing, and zooming in with another loud scream.
