Blue.gif is an unpopular GIF screamer that has been circulating around the Internet since at least 2002. The concept of this is very similar to Jeremy Winterrowd's What's Wrong.
This screamer makes the viewer(s) stare at a picture of a messy room and try to find the error. However, after about 30 seconds, a ghost girl pops up quickly.
