The video starts with a teal screen written "MENSAGEN SUBLIMINAR SUPER 11 OU ONZE TANTO FAZ", followed by an image of the anime Inazuma Eleven. The video says "VIU NÂO ENTÂO OLHE CONCENTRADAMENTE ALI NO CIRCULO", then the image appears again but with a circle and an arrow indicating something there. After, the edited image of a girl with her eyes entirely black and with her mouth and chin covered in blood appears on the screen, accompanied by a scream. Afterwards the image of Regan MacNeil appears on the screen, accompanied by the same scream from The Maze. A blue screen written "te assustei hehehehe" appears.
