The therapy is supposedly based on a real therapy by child psycologist Shirley Beverly French, but the image of Shirley shown is acutally an image of actress Tilda Swinton. The uploader claims he will force his son to watch the video four times a day. The video is a slide show of images of real circus, carnival, and party clowns to a pleasant circus music. Every time an image is shown, a text to speach voice says "Look At The Clown!". Between the normal clown images, evil clown images flash quickly and disappear. These evil clown images become more frequent as the video goes on. At the very end of the video, the voice says "Look At The Clown" one last time as two images of the infamus clown serial killer John Wayne Gacy flash by.
