In 2011 a version with a screamer appears on the internet there is no .swf archive so we can't play it but a video about the game came out recently

The screamer is very simple when mario jumps on the block the image of [[Regan_MacNeil|Regan MacNeil]] appears with the sound very loud and it even appears at the end of the video
